Appointly provides an AI-assisted appointment management platform, allowing business owners to sync third-party calendars (such as Google Calendar) and process customer booking requests automatically.

3. Artificial Intelligence & Third-Party AI APIs

Appointly integrates third-party Artificial Intelligence APIs (such as OpenAI API) to parse natural language messages and assist with appointment scheduling.

• Automated Tool: You acknowledge that AI receptionist outputs are automated tools provided for convenience. While designed to be accurate, AI responses may occasionally produce misinterpretations.
• Business Oversight: Business owners maintain responsibility for verifying business settings, working hours, services, and appointment slots configured in their account.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Appointly integrates with third-party services such as Google APIs, OpenAI APIs, and Meta/WhatsApp. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies. Appointly is not responsible for third-party service outages or API changes beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appointly and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.
